Foray Motor Group in Yeovil is seeking a proactive workshop team member for our Ford service centre. You will handle routine maintenance, diagnostics, and health-check reporting, with Ford and in-house training provided.
A full driving licence is required and MOT qualification is a plus. The role offers a permanent full-time contract, a 45-hour week schedule, and a salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.

Salary: Upto £45,000.00 per annum (OTE & DOE/Q)
Location: Yeovil Ford, Houndstone Business Park
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:00 a.m. – 05:30 p.m. (30 minute lunch)
Saturday rota: 1 in 4, 08:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly, successful workshop team at Yeovil Ford. We're looking for someone who has a passion to continue to learn and develop, with a keen eye for detail. If you are successful, you will be provided with manufacturer (Ford) and in‑house training to develop your skills and knowledge further, with clear training pathways delivered through Ford's state-of-the-art training hub.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification within the automotive or engineering sector and have previous experience in a vehicle workshop. An MOT qualification would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
