Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover invites applicants to undertake a three-year apprenticeship to become a Service Technician/Mechanic for light vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. Training combines virtual learning with intensive blocks at the JLR Academy and costs are covered, including travel, accommodation, and meals.

Successful entrants will be mentored through on-the-job learning and remote sessions, culminating in Level 3 qualifications and a 3-year career pathway within the group.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team.
• Willing to train in motor vehicle service & maintenance.
• Commitment to completing a Level 3 apprenticeship under the JLR programme.

Responsibilities

• Servicing vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components.
• Advise service receptionists about required repairs.
• Produce accurate time estimates.
• Maintain repair and service records.
