Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of the Ford Commercial Vehicle and Geely sales operation.
• Lead from the front in showroom, coaching individuals and engaging customers.
• Drive digital presentation, video, social media and proactive prospecting alongside showroom activity.
• Set targets, monitor performance and maintain a high-energy, accountable sales environment.
