• Previous experience in a Sales Manager or senior automotive sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering strong commercial performance.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• High levels of motivation, resilience, and professionalism.
• Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive performance across new and used vehicle sales, finance, and add-on products.
• Monitor KPIs and implement effective sales strategies to maximise profitability.
