Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Sales Executive for Toyota North Nottingham to guide customers through the journey from welcome to vehicle handover. You’ll prospect new customers by phone and events, maintain enquiries, and build strong product knowledge through factory training.

You’ll recommend add-ons, ensure effective CRM use, and deliver exceptional service to drive loyalty and referrals. The role offers uncapped earnings and a dynamic, friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role with targets.
• Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.
• Genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team’s success.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent listening and communication skills to understand customer needs.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from welcome to handover of their vehicle.
• Actively prospect for new customers via telephone, events, maintain enquiry database.
• Maintain product knowledge and attend manufacturer-led training.
