Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Technical & Quality Centre Quality Product Analysis Specialist in Rotherham. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior technician or diagnostic specialist in high‑volume environments.
• Experience with warranty claim evaluation and processing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and repair data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth inspections of automotive components (turbochargers, brakes, suspension, clutches, rotating electrics).
• Perform diagnostic testing using specialised equipment to verify performance against specs.
• Carry out root cause analysis to differentiate manufacturing defects from usage issues.
• Review warranty claims and determine validity per company policies.
• Generate inspection reports with findings and photographic evidence, ensuring traceability.
