The Best Connection West Bromwich is recruiting x15 Automotive Production Operatives to join a leading automotive interiors manufacturer in Lichfield. Role is full-time, 37 hours per week, with a rotating 3-shift pattern and full training provided.

Shifts include Days (06:00-14:00) and Afternoons (14:00-22:00) at £15.77 per hour, Nights (22:00-06:00) at £17.82 per hour. Candidate must be willing to rotate across all three shifts; opportunities for permanent contract exist.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a global automotive supply chain, producing high-quality interior vehicle components for some of the world's leading automotive brands. Full training is provided, making this role suitable for both experienced production operatives and candidates looking to build a career within automotive manufacturing.

Shift Pattern

Weekly Rotating 3-Shift Pattern

No Fixed Shifts you will rotate

Days: 06:00 - 14:00 (£15.77 per hour)

Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00 (£15.77 per hour)

Nights: 22:00 - 06:00 (£17.82 per hour)

Please note: Candidates must be willing to work all three shifts as part of the rotation.

The Role

As an Automotive Production Operative, you will work within a modern manufacturing environment producing interior vehicle components, including doors, dashboards, and trim assemblies.

Working as part of a team, you'll ensure products are assembled safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
