KIA of East Hartford is growing, and we need to hire a Porter / Service Drive Assistant preferably with experience. This is a very fulfilling position assisting customers. Job Description

Greet customers warmly and take pride in providing great customer service. Oversee the flow of the service drive and advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs, including special promotions.

• $17 - $20 Per Hour
• Paid Vacation, Holidays
• Ongoing training is available
• Closed on Sundays

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take pride in providing great customer service
• Oversee the flow of the service drive
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs, including special promotions
• Manage inbound and outbound calls that provide updates for customers and make appointments
• Pick up and deliver cars to customers
• Park, retrieve, and move vehicles to assist customers and staff
• Maintain parking lots in an organized manner
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• Experience is preferred but not required – we will train!
• Valid in-state driver's license and good driving record
