The Opportunity
We're looking for an Assistant Filming Operations Manager to join our exciting and fast-growing company in the Film and TV industry. This role is a fixed term contract until 30 November 2025.

Location Collective are London's leading provider of space for the Film and TV industry.
Our mission is to make London's buildings the most film friendly on the planet.
Within our Agency business, we represent all types of property for film production. This includes lived-in homes, operational and institutional buildings, vacant offices, and industrial development sites.
We also own and operate our own studio facilities. The OMA Studio Group encompasses 480,000 sq. ft of sound stages and production support space including flagships sites OMA One and OMA X (based in Enfield) and OMA V (in Hertfordshire).
We are lucky enough to work with almost every production shooting in the capital - a small selection of credits includes Mobland, Mickey 17, Slow Horses, Black Doves, Baby Reindeer, Gladiator II, Wicked, and Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire.
The Team
We are an energetic and creative team; we work closely together and aim for a company culture which is collaborative, fast-paced and fun.
Our team are based across two main locations - our central London office is at 55 Broadway in Westminster, and at our Studios. This role is based at 55 Broadway, but a lot of time will be spent on set and on location. The Assistant Filming Operations Manager has core hours of 48 per week, across Monday to Sunday.

The Role
We are looking for a new Assistant Filming Operations Manager to join our Agency Team. Our Assistant Filming Operations Manager will work within the on-location Filming Operations team to represent Location Collective on-site, at locations within our Exclusive Portfolio.
Their primary role is to ensure that productions hiring Location Collective sites are provided with exceptional support. This will be achieved by overseeing activity on-set throughout filming hires, and by supporting the Account Management team with overseeing recces, which are required for hiring productions, to assess their suitability for each project.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is keen to grow their career in Film & TV at Location Collective, with a brilliant existing team to learn from. Our ideal candidate is a great team player, adaptable communicator, organised and able to work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
