Qualifications

• Proficient IT skills with CRM/order processing systems.
• Experience in automotive/engineering/parts supply is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other channels.
• Provide technical advice, product guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Advise customers on restoration services, availability and lead times.
• Promote relevant products, upgrades and alternatives to maximise sales.
• Process customer orders accurately using the company’s systems.
• Communicate order delays and stock shortages to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
• Develop knowledge of products and services, and support sales staff.
• Liaise with departments to ensure efficient order processing and satisfaction.
• Escalate complex queries to the Customer Service Manager when required.
