Lookers Motor Group Limited is recruiting an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our parts department. You will assist the Parts Manager, handle retail and workshop orders, and help maintain stock accuracy.

This entry-level role offers a supportive team, structured pay scales, and progression opportunities within the business. Hours are 42 per week, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, with Saturday 8am-12pm on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
• Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop
• Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
• Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
• Answering call from customers
• Providing excellent customer care
