Job summary

Yeomans Skoda in Exeter is hiring a Parts Apprentice to start a career in automotive parts and customer service. You will gain hands-on training while completing a nationally recognised apprenticeship, identifying and supplying parts to workshop technicians and customers.

You will learn to use parts catalogues and stock systems, support stock control and deliver high standards of service with a focus on accuracy and safety within a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 16 or over.
• Attend college and complete apprenticeship coursework.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, order and supply vehicle parts and accessories.
• Ensure technicians receive correct parts promptly.
• Serve retail and trade customers professionally.
• Learn to use manufacturer parts catalogues and stock systems.
• Receive, check and store deliveries and maintain stock records.
• Keep the Parts department clean, organized and well-presented.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
