Job summary

Jago Consultants are recruiting for a fast-growing automotive dealership in the UK to hire a Parts Advisor. You will join a team delivering world class customer service and supporting the parts department with stock and supplier coordination.

The ideal candidate will have prior Parts Advisor experience and a proven track record in customer service, working in a fast-paced environment with a brand-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor
• Proven customer service experience skills

Responsibilities

• Establishing customers’ needs for required parts through conversations, diagnosis and recommendations as appropriate.
• Communicating relevant promotions and offers to customers.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to external and internal customers.
• Receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers.
• Reporting any stock damages or losses.
• Assisting parts stock checks.
• Liaising and maintaining a brilliant working relationship with the manufacturer;
• Being fully conversant with procedures within the parts department;
• Maintaining and updating displays as per manufacturer requirements.
