Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Panel Beater to join a leading automotive accident repair group at their Haverfordwest centre. You will repair and replace panels, undertake chassis work, and ensure high quality with a focus on safety and teamwork.

The role offers a competitive salary dependent on experience, a 42.5 hour week, and excellent benefits including pension, training, and Perkbox access.

Qualifications

• Current or recent experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater.
• On-the-job experience is acceptable.
• ATA accreditation or experience working to standards is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work to deadlines.
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Replace and repair damaged automotive bodywork panels.
• Conduct chassis and framework repairs.
• Assess vehicle damage accurately and apply correct repair techniques.
• Perform bumper and door repairs as necessary.
• Ensure all work meets internal and third-party standards.
• Collaborate within a team to maintain safety and efficiency.
