Job summary
Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well-established accident repair group. You will prepare and spray vehicles to manufacturer standards and work in a busy bodyshop environment.
The role offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience), 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, training programmes, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, MediCash healthcare, Perkbox discounts, free parking and uniform, plus childcare
Qualifications
- Proven bodyshop experience in a similar role.
- IMI or ATA qualifications preferred.
- Ability to produce high-quality paint finishes.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and spray-painting vehicles to manufacturer standards.
- Operating spray booths with attention to pressure and temperature settings.
- Cleaning and maintaining spray guns and equipment.
- Following safety procedures when handling hazardous materials.
- Maintaining filters and air intakes and disposing of waste safely.
- Wearing PPE and maintaining high workmanship standards.
- Assisting with other bodyshop tasks as required.
