YOUR SCHEDULE

Enjoy the stability of a consistent full-time schedule - Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM - leaving your evenings and weekends open for personal time and balance.

As our Automotive Operations Manager, you begin your day by checking in with your team, setting priorities, and ensuring each project moves forward efficiently. You're managing a variety of tasks—from creating competitive and clear job quotes, to assisting with warranty claims and vendor coordination. You also act as a customer liaison, providing excellent service that builds trust and loyalty. Whether organizing the shop floor, coaching team members, or overseeing daily logistics, your expertise ensures the operation runs smoothly and professionally.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of automotive management experience
• Sales experience
• Knowledge of vehicles
• ASE certification and mechanical experience preferred
