Greenlight Automotive is seeking a senior diagnostic technician to join our Vehicle Preparation Centre in the UK. You will perform diagnostic checks, carry out repairs and assist with servicing to the industry’s highest standards.
The role requires strong diagnostic experience, a valid UK driving licence, City and Guilds qualification, and a Level 3 qualification or equivalent. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary in the 60k–80k range.

Due to ongoing expansion, we now have a vacancy for a senior diagnostic technician in our Vehicle Preparation Centre . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle fault diagnostics and the ability to resolve faults and experience in routine vehicle servicing.
The main purpose of your job - is to carry out diagnostic checks and repairs on vehicles that come into our Vehicle Preparation Centre.
To undertake with due care, skill and diligence all requisite repairs and replacements where necessary to the industry highest standard.
The variety of work undertaken in Customer Care involves: Gearboxes, Both Timing Belts & Chains, Engine Repairs as well as light mechanical repairs.
Undertake Road Tests - working with them to help them understand fully the possible reasons for the fault.
Ability to coach and assist colleagues.
Ability to maintain a safe and productive work environment
Essential to hold a full UK / EU Driving Licence Experienced as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic.
Strong vehicle diagnostic experience.
Relevant City and Guilds qualification.
Level 3 Qualification or equivalent OR 6 years' experience in a workshop environment.
Own a stocked toolbox and basic servicing items - being able to use these for work purposes.
Ability to communicate with a diverse work group.
Experienced in communicating effectively with customers, in a clear and concise manner.Experience:
