Job summary

Hyra is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Administrator to join a luxury automotive brand near Daventry. You will maintain vehicle build information, production records, and coordinate across Production, Assembly, Engineering, Purchasing, Stores and Quality to keep builds progressing smoothly.

The role requires experience with ERP/MES or production-based systems, strong data accuracy, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update manufacturing systems with accurate vehicle build information throughout the production process.
• Track the progress of vehicles through the various stages of build and assembly.
• Liaise daily with Production, Assembly, Engineering, Purchasing, Stores and Quality teams to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate manufacturing documentation and build-related paperwork.
• Monitor outstanding actions and follow up with relevant departments as required.
• Support production meetings with accurate build status information.
• Provide general administrative support to the Manufacturing and Production teams.
