Job summary

Bentley Motors Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Facilities Engineer to introduce equipment and facilities for new vehicle models and product enhancements into production at its Crewe campus. You will translate R&D requirements into practical equipment, coordinate with suppliers, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering automotive production projects and managing budgets.
• Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of facilities and technologies aligned with investment levels and schedule.
• Apply structured problem-solving to identify risks and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and Health & Safety requirements throughout projects.
• Manage budgets and capital investment; monitor expenditure and financial risks.
• Develop robust project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Oversee equipment installation, commissioning and handover to production.
• Drive continuous improvement across facilities and production environments.
