TipTopJob in Daventry is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the final quality process for luxury road vehicles. You will oversee the final inspection and dynamic assessment activities to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to investigate concerns, identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions, driving continuous improvement in the department and ensuring product quality throughout the Vehicle assessment

Formación

• Experience in automotive environments, ideally low volume manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke and Measurement System Analysis.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and support technical teams during fault resolution.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to quality and continuous improvement.
• Full Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship cannot be offered.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for each vehicle throughout the Final Quality Process, including Dynamic Assessment.
• Investigate and resolve issues identified during Dynamic Assessment activities.
• Plan Dynamic Assessment activities at an automotive proving ground.
• Investigate and resolve issues identified during off-site Dynamic Assessment activities.
• Identify root causes and instigate permanent corrective actions.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues quickly.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained throughout vehicle assessment activities.
• Monitor and report against quality-related key performance indicators.
• Promote continuous improvement techniques including Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke and MSA.
