Job summary

UTAC Millbrook is seeking a placement in the Events team to support the planning and delivery of B2B events, including Aston Martin events at the dedicated Clubhouse.

You will work with a small team, liaising with suppliers and internal departments, developing essential project management and communication skills, and gaining exposure to automotive industry events and university recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Studying bachelor’s degree in Event Management (2:1 or above).
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 5 or above.

Responsibilities

• Assist Event Managers from planning to delivery of all UTAC Millbrook events.
• Take ownership of Aston Martin events planning and delivery.
• Select, brief and manage external suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth event operations.
• Support undergraduate recruitment for the following year.
• Complete administrative tasks relating to events.
• Deliver high-quality events that exceed customer expectations.
• Adhere to UTAC staff behaviors at all times.
