Job Description:

Express Recruitment is partnering with a well-established market leader seeking an Electronics Engineer to join their growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electronics Engineer eager to advance their career, especially as the company expands globally within the Automotive sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of failure-mode analysis of legacy products.
2. Analyse electronic control units and PCBAs to identify faults and plan repairs.
3. Create and maintain technical documentation, updating systems and BOMs regularly.
4. Perform testing of electronic signalling devices using simulation software.
5. Bench test electronic circuits to assess functionality.
6. Interpret wiring diagrams and pin data.
7. Utilise PCB rework techniques.
8. Mentor Junior Technicians.

Skills & Experience:

• Degree, HND, or Apprenticeship in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis of PCBs.
• Experience with wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Experience in reverse engineering.
• Automotive electronic device experience is highly desirable.
