Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance.

- Good understanding of automotive workshop operations.

- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Manager in daily operational management.
- Assist in supervising fast fit service bays and workshop team.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to achieving financial targets and KPIs.
- Mentor and train staff to maintain high performance levels.
- Support MOT testing and oversee technical staff as required.
- Uphold health and safety standards and ensure workshop compliance.
