We are seeking an Automation Test Lead to join our Quality Engineering and Test Practice, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering impactful value. The role offers hybrid working, combining office, client site, and home-based work, depending on role and needs.

Role Responsibilities

Essential Skills:

• Experience in creating automation test strategies and plans.
• Proficiency in test automation using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Tricentis Tosca, or TestComplete.
• Experience in developing or adapting automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with at least one OOP language (Java, Python, C#, etc.).
• Ability to create test scripts within a BDD environment (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.).
• Experience managing test assets in GIT or similar repositories.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Hands-on experience with various test types (manual and automation): Functional, API, web, mobile.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) and integration of automation assets.
• Ability to lead a small team of test engineers.
• Strong collaboration skills across development, testing, analysis, and architecture teams.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification (or willingness to obtain one).

Mandatory Skills include:

• OOP languages (Java, Python, C#)
• Test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, TestComplete)
• Test management tools (Jira, TFS, ALM)
• Experience in waterfall, agile, and DevOps methodologies
• Additional tools: Postman, Ready API, SoapUI, data masking/subsetting, BDD frameworks.
