Job summary

Edwards, a brand within Atlas Copco Group, is seeking a Software Test Automation Engineer in Eastbourne with a hybrid work arrangement. You will design, develop, and maintain automated tests and the supporting framework, integrated into our CI/CD pipeline to validate software across Windows, Linux, and embedded targets.

You will work in a Scrum team, using Python and C#, Azure DevOps and TeamCity, and contribute to security and reliability while documenting procedures and results.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in automated testing and test framework development.
• Hands-on experience with Python and C# and OOP principles.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments and embedded systems is a plus.
• Experience documenting software architecture and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests and frameworks.
• Extend regression test frameworks for reliability and scalability.
• Execute automated and manual tests in Azure DevOps/TeamCity pipelines.
• Collaborate in an Agile Scrum team and with cross-functional teams.
• Travel to Atlas Copco sites for testing and deployment as needed.
