Netcompany is seeking a skilled Automation QA tester to join our UK team, contributing to large software projects across public and private sectors. You’ll validate UI and API functionality with automated and manual testing, leveraging Postman, Selenium, and Azure DevOps.

You will work closely with developers and business analysts, writing clear test cases, reporting defects, and helping to enhance testing processes in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of automation testing experience.
• Experienced in Automation, Manual and/or QA testing.
• Defining and executing test strategies, plans and scripts.
• Create, maintain and optimise automated tests to ensure stability & scalability.
• Experience with Test Driven Development and with Selenium WebDriver or similar tools.
• Monitoring of issues and providing test reports.
• Experience with Jira, Zephyr, Xray, and API testing tools is a plus.

Job Description

You will always be part of a project team with Business Analysts and Developer colleagues from Netcompany, who work closely with you and the customer.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

• Must have Functional User Interface (UI) & API Testing experience
• Must have Microsoft Azure experience
• Postman or similar API testing tool experience
• Selenium C# is desirable
• Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality
• Write clear, concise test cases and detailed bug reports
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Contribute to improving testing processes and overall product quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automationtesting experience
• Must be experienced in Automation, Manual and/or QA testing experience
• Defining and executing test strategies, plans and scripts
• Create, maintain and optimise automated tests to ensure stability & scalability.
• Experienced in Test Driven Development
• Hands on experience in Spock or Junit
• Experience in Jira, Zephyr, Xray, Selenium WebDriver or similar Jira testing tool
• Monitoring of issuesand providing test reports
• Experience with security or penetration testing would be advantageous
