We're currently looking for a passionate and collaborative Automation Technology Engineer to join our team at our Gloucester site to continue our digital transformation of our industrial systems across our facilities.
As an Automation Technology Engineer, you'll be part of a small but critical and high performing team responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and continual improvement of our Manufacturing Control System (MCS), supporting 130+ industrial assets – which continues to grow and develop.
You'll optimise our industrial PLCs, HMIs, and databases—ensuring robust data quality and structure. By coordinating closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Quality teams, you'll enable data-driven decisions across our operations.
Key to your role is collaborating with IT to evolve our industrial IT infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity and reliability while supporting continuous improvement and the smooth delivery of new industrial equipment projects. Your insights and technical skills will help safeguard product quality and drive innovation right through our manufacturing ecosystem.
