Job description

About the role

This role combines core business analysis practice with solution consulting and technical delivery. You will bring a business analyst’s approach to identifying, understanding and documenting business processes, and use that foundation to help shape and deliver intelligent automation solutions for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on the discovery, design and delivery of automated workflows, working closely with client business teams from initial process discovery through to deployment and production support. You will also apply your business analysis skills more broadly, supporting analysis work on other client engagements as needed.

This is a permanent role suited to someone with a background in business analysis — gained through prior analyst experience, a graduate or analyst programme, or similar — rather than a fixed number of years’ experience. You will be supported by senior members of the team as you grow into the full breadth of the role.

What you’ll be responsible for

Business analysis

  • Supporting business analysis work, including requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder workshops

Business process and workflow discovery

  • Identifying and prioritising business processes suitable for automation, mapping them where documentation doesn’t already exist, and designing high-level workflows

Delivery and estimation

  • Estimating the effort, resourcing and dependencies needed to deliver each workflow, and working with engineers and quality assurance analysts to implement, test and deploy them into production

Support and enablement

  • Training client teams to monitor and govern newly automated workflows, and providing ongoing production support
What we’re looking for
  • A solid grounding in business analysis practice, gained through prior analyst experience, a graduate or analyst programme, or equivalent hands‑on work
  • Confidence documenting business processes and producing clear process maps, along with strong requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation skills
  • An interest in, and exposure to, how technology systems are designed, integrated and delivered
  • Awareness of the considerations specific to AI-driven and agentic solutions is helpful but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage multiple parallel activities in a fast-paced environment
