Job summary

Inspire People, in partnership with the DVLA, is hiring a permanent Software Development Engineer in Test in Swansea. The role is hybrid with a minimum of 60% office attendance and focuses on embedding quality from the start to support secure, resilient digital services used by millions of citizens.

The salary is £39,163, including a £3,500 Recruitment & Retention Allowance, with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern programming languages.
• Proven ability to automate tests across diverse test types.
• Hands-on CI experience and tooling.
• Track record of improving quality via automation.

• Design, develop and execute automated test frameworks.
