Job summary

Atos seeks a Server Tooling and Orchestration Specialist to support and evolve enterprise automation platforms enabling automated service delivery and future AI-enabled operational services across customer environments.

Working in an ITIL-aligned service environment, you will maintain SCORCH runbooks, troubleshoot complex workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SCORCH admin experience (SCORCH 2022+).
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience integrating SCORCH with ServiceNow and ITIL-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain SCORCH environments.
• Maintain availability, health, and resilience of SCORCH environments.
• Troubleshoot and optimise SCORCH runbooks and PowerShell workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve failed automations and integration issues.
• Manage integrations between SCORCH, ServiceNow, SCOM, AD/Azure, Exchange, and Teams.
• Plan patching, upgrades, capacity management, releases and maintenance.
• Produce and maintain runbooks, runbook guidance, and support procedures.
• Investigate incidents and participate in root-cause analysis and service improvement initiatives.
