Job summary

Qualient Technology Solutions UK Limited in Leeds is seeking a QA Engineer focused on test planning, design and automation to ensure software quality across features.

You will work with devs, product owners and the delivery team to refine acceptance criteria, write clear test cases, and drive automated testing using Cypress, Playwright and Postman. Experience with AWS, SQL and RESTful APIs is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing test plans across features and user stories.
• Strong focus on automation-first testing and TDD.
• Proficient in API and back-end testing, including data validation.
• Familiarity with SDLC/STLC and Agile development processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan tests with the development team to define objectives, scope and priorities.
• Design and execute test cases to validate functionality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Cypress, Playwright and Postman.
