Job summary

THG Manufacturing is seeking an Automation Engineer to join Brighter Foods in Tywyn, Wales. You will design, program, and test automated machinery to drive precision and performance across the new factory.

You’ll own automation systems, interrogate PLCs, identify faults, and enhance control logic while helping develop and upskill team members to support a 24/7 operation. The role requires strong electrical engineering fundamentals and hands-on fault-finding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical engineering background.
• Experience with automated manufacturing systems is a plus.
