Pioneer Selection Ltd in Aberystwyth is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain a fully automated production line, troubleshoot faults, and perform preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.

The role is dayshift (Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am – 4:30pm) with occasional night cover in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment, offering opportunities to progress into senior or management positions.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Hands-on fault-finding and breakdown maintenance.
• Experience working in a fast-paced factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance across automated production machinery.
• Perform fault finding and troubleshooting to maximise uptime.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance to ensure reliability.
