GXO is seeking an Automation Maintenance Engineer for a cutting-edge distribution operation in Crick, Northamptonshire. You will maintain conveyors, sortation equipment and AGVs, performing preventative and corrective maintenance with safety and quality at the forefront.
This permanent role operates on a Panama shift (2-2-3 or 2-3-2, 07:00–19:00). The package includes salary up to £51,000, pension, private medical and dental insurance, and a wide range of employee benefits.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of a highly automated warehouse environment, supporting a range of technologies including conveyors, sortation equipment, and automated handling systems. Working closely with operational and support teams, you'll be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance activities, fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that keep the operation moving. This is a full time, permanent position working in the Panama shift of 2-2-3 or 2-3-2 schedule from 07:00 to 19:00
We're looking to offer a salary of up to £51,000.00 per annum, and 24 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
