Automation Engineer (7 Month FTC)

What you'll be doing:

  1. Collaborate with business areas and stakeholders to deliver against the test strategy and devise test plans related to the strategic change programme.
  2. Support the programme through effective communication at all levels of the organisation, including our partners.
  3. Conduct testing across all software phases: system, regression, integration, performance, user acceptance testing, and automation.
  4. Assist the Test Manager and Test Leads in planning and delivering all test activities.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver test activities and deliverables in a timely manner.
  6. Participate in planning activities and estimate test efforts required.
  7. Produce test collateral and obtain sign-off from relevant parties.
  8. Lead the execution of the test plan.

What we’re looking for:

  1. 3+ years of test automation experience using Selenium WebDriver or similar tools.
  2. Excellent programming experience using Java or C#.
  3. Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks and solutions.
  4. Experience with cloud-based test solutions such as BrowserStack or SauceLabs.
  5. Proven experience working with Cucumber or SpecFlow.
  6. Good knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Jira.
  7. Proven experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
