Job summary

Bicycle Therapeutics is seeking an Advanced Sample Technician in Cambridge to join the Scientific Operations' Compound Management team. You will support sample archiving, processing, and distribution, ensuring accuracy and traceability to enable researchers to access materials quickly.

You will gain exposure to automated workflows, LIMS/ELN systems, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration across CROs, internal teams, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in sample/compound management or biobanking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data handling and scheduling.
• Familiarity with LIMS and ELN systems.

Responsibilities

• Sample processing and preparation, including external CRO and internal pipelines.
• Maintain lab records and SOPs, ensure Health and Safety compliance.
• Support automation initiatives and transition to automated workflows.
