Job summary

Spectrum IT is recruiting a Business Systems and Automation Analyst for a growing London-based consultancy. This early-career role focuses on improving internal systems, automating manual processes and introducing new workplace technology.

The role is based in central London and initially requires 2-3 days per week in the office. You will work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Automate and AI tools to streamline workflows, configure SaaS integrations and develop templates and VBA

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in IT, applications or business systems.
• Graduate with placement year, internship or projects welcome.
• Ability to learn new systems and communicate with non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the SharePoint Online intranet.
• Build workflows and process automations using Power Automate.
• Identify manual business processes that can be automated.
