Job summary

Moulton Bulb Company is seeking Automatic Machine Operators to efficiently and effectively run the auto operator and ultrasonic welding machines for inline packing. You will operate and monitor packaging lines, ensuring smooth throughput and adherence to safety standards on the factory floor.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely run and manage the inline packing machines
• Maintain the machinery to minimise breakdowns and potential downtime
• Raise mechanical issues in a timely manner with the line leader or engineering department to minimise downtime
• Keep the work area tidy and hazard free while actively promoting the clean as you go policy
• Report any downtime which will have an adverse effect on meeting your production targets
• Leave the machines in good working order and clean for the next shift to start
