Job summary

Moulton Bulb Company is looking for motivated individuals to work in our Goldwood Factory, covering various packing functions to fulfil orders according to customer specifications. The role offers opportunities to learn while supporting a collaborative, inclusive workplace.

Applicants with some knowledge or experience of machinery can be trained to step up to relief operators. Shifts run 07:00am to 6:30pm on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, with benefits including an on-site canteen and parking.

Responsibilities

• Trim, peel, bag and pack onions and other product as guided by your Line Manager and customer specifications.
• Report issues with machinery, product quality or packaging to Line Manager.
• Ensure packaging is not damaged when packing produce.
• Assist management to meet and maintain the requirements of the BRC standard.
• Ensure the product packed for customers is of the expected quality.
