Job summary

Moulton Bulb Company in Spalding is seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Forklift Driver to help keep our site running smoothly year-round. You will operate forklifts and move produce and materials safely, loading, unloading, stacking, and storing items as needed.

You’ll carry out routine equipment checks, complete basic paperwork, use scanners for product tracking, and support general site maintenance. During harvest season, you’ll help manage intake and keep trailers moving to maintain a steady

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery.
• Ability to load/unload, stack and store items safely.
• Willingness to perform routine equipment checks and basic paperwork.
• Competence in using scanners for product tracking.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and move produce and materials around site.
• Load, unload, stack and store items safely.
• Keep yards, storage areas and waste zones clean and organised.
• Carry out routine equipment checks (oil, fuel, tyres, etc.).
• Complete basic paperwork and use scanners for product tracking.
• Support general site maintenance and assist other departments when needed.
• During harvest season, help manage crop intake and keep trailers flowing.

We’re on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Forklift Driver to help keep our site running smoothly all year round.

Working hours 06:30am - 7:00pm om a Panama shift pattern.

You’ll be a key part of the team, making sure products and materials are moved safely, efficiently, and in the right place at the right time.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating forklifts and other machinery to move produce and materials around site
• Loading, unloading, stacking, and storing items safely
• Keeping yards, storage areas, and waste zones clean and organised
• Carrying out routine checks on equipment (oil, fuel, tyres, etc.)
• Completing basic paperwork and using scanners for product tracking
• Supporting general site maintenance and helping other departments when needed

During harvest season, things ramp up — you’ll help manage crop intake, move trailers, and keep everything flowing using a range of equipment.
