Qualifications

• Ideally fully apprenticeship trained with Level 3 engineering qualifications.
• Good level of electrical and mechanical knowledge from a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Working knowledge of PLC control systems, desirably Siemens S7.
• Experience of automated materials handling systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on engineering to support the logistics system running smoothly.
• Perform both reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipment.
• Keep maintenance records up to date using CMMS system.
• Follow safety and repair best practices at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
