Mr Clutch Autocentres Ltd is expanding and seeks an experienced Autocentre Manager to lead a busy branch with a focus on customer service and profitability.

The role offers a competitive salary and an outstanding bonus structure, with a typical average bonus around £25,000 per year and potential for £45,000 or more for exceptional performers. The position is based in the UK and involves 48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.

Formación

• Minimum two years' experience as Autocentre Manager with excellent customer service.
• Desire to succeed and ability to develop and drive a successful team.

Responsabilidades

• Promoting and maintaining the Company image as a brand ambassador.
• Delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maximising volume to meet profit and financial targets.
• Co-ordinating and supporting Autocentre staff.
• Ensuring stock and money security and accountability.
• Maintaining company housekeeping standards.
