Job Summary

Meineke Car Care Center in Blackwood, NJ, is looking for an experienced Auto Technician / Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicle makes and models while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Work on brakes, suspension, alignments, engine repairs, and other mechanical systems.
• Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, tire rotations, and other preventive maintenance.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the service advisor and customers.
• Follow safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 15 years in automotive repair (ASE certification is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
