Job summary

GSF Car Parts LTD is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. You will nurture customer relationships, handle queries by phone and online, and promote products while working with the sales team.

The role requires a customer-focused, target-driven team player who can manage time efficiently. Previous knowledge of car parts is helpful but not essential, and enthusiasm to learn is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of car parts is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Answer telephone queries and handle electronic queries as part of sales promotions.
• Fully satisfy customer needs for parts, requests, and queries.
• Contribute to positive team performance and sales targets.
• Coordinate with Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements.
• Develop product knowledge through internal literature and e-learning.
