LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding service and grow lasting client relationships. You will become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts offerings and work closely with the branch to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering fantastic customer service.
• Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
• Able to plan, prioritise and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales and provide excellent service within the branch.
• Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings and be seen as the trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with other areas of the branch to meet customer needs.
• Ensure all callbacks are completed promptly.
• Work with internal teams to understand products and anticipate customer needs.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to understand returns and reduce return rate by building relationships.
• Utilise business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
