Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper to prepare vehicles for painting and support the Auto Painter in a high-volume shop. Responsibilities include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to meet OEM standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in paint operations, being 18+, and a valid driver's license; collision experience or Vo-Tech certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure workflow.
• Assist with sanding and buffing as part of prep work.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace to keep a safe, clean area.
