Job summary

Stafforce Recruitment is seeking an Auto Electrician for a full-time, permanent role in Droitwich. You will install and wire electrical systems on new recovery vehicles, test and fault-find, and build wiring looms and junction boxes. Prior automotive electrical experience and strong diagnostic skills are essential.

The role requires meticulous workmanship and the ability to work with the assembly team to meet production deadlines. A flexible, self-motivated approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive electrical work, with fault-finding skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow technical drawings.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work in a busy production team.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire electrical systems on new recovery vehicles.
• Carry out electrical fitting, testing, commissioning, and fault finding.
• Build and assemble wiring looms, junction boxes, and ancillary electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults on used vehicles.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Support hydraulic and mechanical fitting activities where required.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and safety at all times.
• Work closely with the assembly team to meet production deadlines.
