Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a BMW Customer Collections Advisor for an office-based role in Dearne Valley, Rotherham. The contract is full-time with a 40-hour schedule, including 8am–7pm on weekdays and Saturdays 9am–2pm. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a contact centre, complaints, case management, or customer relations environment.
• Experience supporting customers via multiple channels (phone, email, webchat preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills, including objection handling and negotiation.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer identity and address in line with DPA procedures.
• Identify and address customer vulnerability with empathy.
• Document customer responses and agreed support securely.
• Discuss and agree suitable repayment solutions based on circumstances.
• Manage accounts in arrears and support timely recovery of payments.
• Address and refer customer complaints in line with FCA guidelines.
• Offer tailored solutions using product knowledge; training provided.
• Resolve objections and conflicts professionally.
• Ensure all correspondence is completed within 48 hours to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Proactively review and manage accounts to prevent issues.
