Concentrix is hiring a BMW Collections Advisor to join a fast-paced, office-based team in the UK. You will support customers through a range of service and collections activities, ensuring FCA-compliant outcomes while delivering exceptional service across multiple channels.

Training and ongoing support are provided. The role is full-time (40 hours) with a schedule from 8am–7pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9am–2pm at the Dearne Valley Office.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a contact centre, complaints, case management, or customer relations environment.
• Experience supporting customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and webchat (preferred).
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and manage objections professionally.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Aufgaben

• Verify customer identity and address per DPA procedures.
• Identify vulnerability and provide empathetic support.
• Document customer responses and agreed support securely.
• Discuss and agree suitable repayment solutions based on circumstances.
• Manage accounts in arrears and recover outstanding payments.
• Address complaints per FCA guidelines and timelines.
• Use product knowledge to offer tailored solutions (training provided).
• Resolve objections while maintaining professionalism.
• Ensure correspondence is completed within 48 hours.
