Job summary

Senovo Resourcing Ltd in Bromley is seeking an Autism Teaching Assistant to provide consistent, practical support so pupils feel secure and ready to learn. The role is in a specialist SEN setting with daily PAYE pay.

You will use visual structure and routines to help participation, support transitions and emotional regulation, adapt activities, and share observations with teachers and therapists. QTS is not required.

• Patience, reliability and understanding of individual communication differences.
• Strong safeguarding awareness and positive behaviour support.
